Snyder and Hoffman Headed to MGA Senior Players' Championship

  CANNON FALLS, Minn. – Robert Snyder fired a 5-over par 77 at Cannon Golf Club Saturday to earn medalist honors as well as a spot in the 2015 Minnesota Golf Association Senior Players’ Championship.

A field of 10 players competed for two qualifying spots to this year’s championship, which will be played co-currently with the MGA Mid-Players’ Championship June 15-17 at Wayzata Country Club, in Wayzata, Minn.

Snyder, Cannon Golf Club, qualified along with John Hoffman, Chaska Town Course, who carded a 6-over par 78. Tom Rhoades, Loggers Trail Golf Course, and Scott Hogan, Cannon Golf Club, finished as first and second alternates, respectively.
