Youth On Course

Youth on Course offers golfers ages 6-18 the opportunity to play golf for $5 or less at participating YOC courses.  The annual membership for Youth on Course is $30 and includes a junior membership to the MGA and a Handicap through GHIN.

**YOC Members - Let the course know you are a YOC Member when making the tee time over the phone, and make sure to only book tee times during the availability at the course.

Being a part of the Youth on Course community offers more than just affordable access to playing golf. In 2023, Youth on Course members saved an average of $100 on rounds of golf.

Youth on Course is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf. Private funding makes it possible for members to have access to play for $5 or less through subsidies to thousands of courses throughout the United States, Canada and Australia.

Members have the opportunity to succeed through Youth on Course programs: DRIVE Club, Careers on Course, Leadership Council and College Scholarships. In addition, Youth on Course has an Alumni Network which extends membership to those 19 and older. This elevated membership offers opportunities for young adults to connect at complementary events, access exclusive deals, find jobs, and much more.

Founded in 1901 with seven golf clubs, the Minnesota Golf Association’s membership has grown to 400 courses and 92,000 individual members throughout the state. Our mission is to uphold and promote the game of golf and its values for all golfers in Minnesota.
