Entry Fees:

$80.00 per MWGA Entrant ($160.00 per team) 
Send one check per team, payable to MWGA Senior Four-Ball. 

Eligibility:

Entries are open to teams consisting of 2 amateur female golfers who are MWGA members and will be 50 years of age by June 13, 2016, who meet the other requirements stated under Handicap Regulations and Limitations, and who are in good standing with the MWGA. Entrants may or may not be members of the same club. 

Handicap Regulations and Limitations:

• Only a USGA Handicap Index computed under the MGA Handicap Program is acceptable. 
• The individual handicap index of an entrant shall not exceed 39.0. The difference between the two team members' individual handicap indexes may not exceed 10.0. 
• The handicap as of the June 1 revision date will be used for eligibility and flight placement.
