$760/team entry (including cart)
This is a riding only event.
NOTE: This Championship is conducted concurrently with the Women's Net Amateur and the Net Amateur Championship. The total field is limited to 120 players.

$190/individual entry (including cart)
This is a riding only event.
NOTE: This option is available for people who wish to enter only the Net Amateur Championship or the Women's Net Amateur.

Net Amateur (Optional): $20/person
A player participating in the Net Team Championship may elect to participate in the Men's/Women's Net Amateur for an additional entry fee. The entry fee may be prepaid online at the time of registration or at any time prior to registration closing. Or, the fee may be paid on-site prior to the first day of the competition.

Eligibility:

Entry is open to any amateur golfer:
(1) Who is currently an Associate Member of the MGA at the club from which they are playing, and
(2) Whose club is a current Member Club of the MGA.

An entry may be rejected at the discretion of the Committee at any time, including after the competition has closed.

NOTE: For eligibility purposes, an MGA Associate Member through the MGA Join On-Line (JOL) program must have a Minnesota connection in addition to JOL membership in order to participate. Examples of connections would be a MN resident (permanent or seasonal), a non-resident student at a MN school, and/or an MGA course connection, validated by a course employee and/or score posting record. The Committee's decision on such a connection and eligibility is final.

Team Format:
36-hole, Team NET stroke play with Stableford scoring.
Individual Format:
36-hole, NET stroke play with Stableford scoring

A tie for first place for the Net Team, Net Individual and Women's Net Individual will be broken by a scorecard playoff as recommended by USGA policy.

A team of four will be divided into two squads of two players each. Each squad will play Net Four-Ball stroke play with Stableford scoring. The scores from each squad will be combined for the Team score.

There is not a limit to a player's Handicap Index® minimum or maximum in effect; however, the lowest Handicap Index® of the past twelve (12) months will be use to calculate the Course Handicap®. The player's Playing Handicap® will be 75% of the Course Handicap®.

Schedule:
Tuesday, Sept 5, The Pines GC (Lakes/Woods) - Tee times begin at 11 am.
Wednesday, Sept 6, The Preserve GC - Tee times begin at 8:30 am
NOTE: Round 1 Starting times will be available after registration has closed.

Practice Rounds:
Practice rounds are available. Please call the respective Golf Shops and identify yourself as an MGA Net contestant to schedule a time. Fee may be dependent on the day and time you play.

Driving Range:
Range balls will be provided. The range will open at least 60 minutes prior to play.

Food and Beverages:
Dinner will be available at The PInes clubhouse immediately following play on Tuesday. Lunch will be available at The Preserve clubhouse immediately following play on Wednesday.
