Registration Status: Closed

Entry Fees:

$120 (walking)
$160 (riding, includes $20/person cart rental)
NOTE: Entries are open to the first 156 players to enter, including the Defending Champion.

Golf Cart:
The use of a golf cart is permitted for this event. Carts may be prepaid online at the time of entry. Or, it may be paid on-site each day of the tournament.

Eligibility:

Entry is open to any female amateur golfer:
(1) Who is currently an Associate Member of the MGA at the club from which they are playing,
(2) Whose club is a current Member Club of the MGA, and
(3) Who is at least 50 years old as of the first day of the Championship.

An entry may be rejected at the discretion of the Committee at any time, including after the competition has closed.

NOTE: For eligibility purposes, an MGA Associate Member through the MGA Join On-Line (JOL) program must have a Minnesota connection in addition to JOL membership in order to participate. Examples of connections would be a MN resident (permanent or seasonal), a non-resident student at a MN school, and/or an MGA course connection, validated by a course employee and/or score posting record. The Committee's decision on such a connection and eligibility is final.

Format:
CHAMPIONSHIP FLIGHT: 36-holes, GROSS stroke play
OTHER FLIGHTS: 36-holes, GROSS stroke play
MASTERS FLIGHT: 36-holes, NET stroke play

The Champion will be the player with the lowest 36 hole total in the Championship Flight. In the event of a tie for the Championship, there will be a hole-by-hole playoff immediately folloiwng play. Ties for first place in any other flight will be broken by a scorecard playoff as recommended by USGA policy.

Schedule:
Monday, August 21: 1:00 pm, SHOTGUN START
Tuesday, August 22: 8:00 am, #1/10 Start
NOTE: Round 1 Starting times for will be posted after registration has closed.

Flights:
Flights, other than the MASTERS FLIGHT, will be determined after registration has closed. A player will be assigned to a flight according to her Handicap Index® on the deadline.

The MASTERS FLIGHT is limited to players age 65 and older. Players MUST select this flight at registration if they wish to compete in this flight.

A Flight Report will be published after flights have been established.

Practice Rounds:
Practice rounds will be available. To schedule a practice round, call The Bridges Golf Club (507/452-3535) and identify yourself as a MGA Women’s Senior Amateur contestant. Fee may be dictated by the day and time you play.

Driving Range:
Range balls will be provided prior to play each day. The range will be open at least 60 minutes prior to play.
